Kasey Mahoney Makes Waves at States!
Laurel Highlands’ own Kasey Mahoney made a splash at the state championships, securing 4th place in the 100-meter breaststroke! Not only did he place among the best in the state, but he also shattered his own school record with an incredible time of 56.86 seconds—cementing his legacy as the fastest breaststroker in school history.
Kasey’s success didn’t stop there. He also competed in the 200 IM, finishing 15th in the state during finals. His dedication and hard work continue to raise the bar for Laurel Highlands swimming.
